Seahawks overrated?

Looks like Russel Wilsons hit a sophomore slump. He barely managed to beat the Carolina Panthers..which have arguably one of the worst secondaries in the league.

Will their game vs the Niners reveal them to the posers that they are?

Ughh dude don't jinx it!

The Panthers last year had a top 10 defense this year its even more improved, Russel threw for 320+ yards on a road game and won.

No the Seahawks are not overrated, they have a legit defense, pretty much the Niners equal. One thing is for sure I hope the Niners get revenge this week when they play the Seattle at their home which is a task within itself.

You mean like he rose to the challenge of one touchdown vs the Panthers? Sophomore slump inc.

Everyone has bad games Fulgore sooner or later Kaepernick will have one too. It's possible Russel Wilson was having an off game against the Panthers just like RG3 against the Eagles. From what I heard, the Panthers aren't exactly a walk in the park especially when they have Cam Newton and Deangalo Williams.

I don't think the Seahawks are overrated. They have the necessary tools to be a solid team. I'm not sure they will be able to beat the 49ers, but to say they are overrated is quite ridiculous to me.

They were being toted as the best team in the league.

Little premature to make that assumption after a win. I didn't watch the game but I'm assuming the stat line is misleading

like i said fulgor.

Hes a gamer. he had a rough start, came back and led his team to victory.

maybe your not giving the panthers enough credit

maybe your just being quick to judge

either way I think by next week you will realize your wrong

I have not heard this at all. Even if they had said it about the Seahawks, it doesn't mean that they are any less talented just because they barely beat the Panthers who DO have Cam Newton. From all the analysts I have heard, they have specifically said that the 49ers are the best team in the league. Regardless, it doesn't matter who is stated as the best team because the NFL is always full of surprises. I don't think the Seahawks are overrated because they do have all the assets to be a great team and possibly win the superbowl. However, the best will always be a biased opinion.

At this moment, I think the 49ers and Eagles look the most dangerous after week one. The Eagles look dangerous because of their new call scheme. However, it can change again after this 2nd week.

Fulgore, the Seahawks beat a top 10 defense in the Panthers on the road. Imo the Seahawks are the Niners biggest obstacle to get to the SB.

From every report I've read the seahawks fans were out in force in North Carolina. I dont feel the panthers were a top 10 defense. They were more of a 15ish. They were mediocre but got the job done.

The 12th man is the only thing thats standing between the niners and victory. If Kaep has gotten that down, expect the niners to demolish the hawks

In yards allow per game Carolina ranked 10th fulgore. they weren't a pushover defence by any means.

maybe u should look up some facts before bashing players like that lol

Who's this 12th man? Are you saying that every game the 49ers lose in the playoffs or in regular season is because of the referee?

Well they usually say the 12th man is the referee which is why I am confused. I think he is talking about the passed couple of playoff runs by the 49ers. The ridiculous fumble by the 49er player against the Giants, and the black out against the Ravens.
